What are the plinths made from?
Our plinths are either made of wood or they're 3D printed using a corn-based environmentally friendly PLA filament. They are then sanded, primed and sprayed whatever colour you desire. We can make more intricate shapes 3D printing than we can when using wood, so our smaller styles are usually printed. Using this technique means we can offer a quicker turnaround on custom designs too.
What colours are there?
Alongside our classic matt white finish, you can choose from over 30 colours (which you can see on our product pages). We also offer custom colours too.
Can I paint them myself?
You can change the colour of our plinths as often as you’d like! Just give the plinth a light sand and then spray. Our favourite spray paints are by Kobra. If you need any help with how to do this please drop us an email at info@plinthy.com.
Can I order a custom style or colour?
We love working on custom orders and can create any style and colour you’d like.
Will you ever make new styles?
There are lots of ideas in the pipeline, but would always love to hear your suggestions. Same with our colour range - what shades are we missing?
What’s the biggest size of plinth?
Pretty big! On our website you’ll be able to shop ready-to-ship styles that are about 200mm max, but we also build much larger made-to-order styles too so just get in touch. Our custom orders are built to spec and may have a tolerance of +- 5%.
What’s the best way to clean them?
The plinths are all water resistant so we’d suggest just giving them a wipe with a damp cloth. You can always give them a fresh coat of paint too!
How long does it take to get my order?
At the moment each plinth is made to order so please allow 7 days for dispatch. If you're in a rush drop us an email at info@plinthy.com and we'll see what we can do! We're aiming to offer Next Day delivery very soon.

How much is delivery?
UK - Orders over £100 is free, under £100 is £5
Europe - Orders over £150 is free, under £150 is £30
ROW - £50 flat rate
Will I be charged VAT/Duties/Import Tax?
There may be additional charges payable on delivery, this will be payable direct to the courier and will be dependant on your country/state.
What’s your return policy?
You can read our full Returns policy here. In a nutshell, all returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. To place a return, please email us at info@plinthy.com and please make sure to have your order number. You’ll be refunded in full for the price of the product but please note that your delivery charges are non-refundable.
